By accessing the Site or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Site or use our Services.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Site. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the Site.
You may not use the Site for any of the following purposes:
Ananth Design Studio offers various construction design Services. The specific scope of work, deliverables, timelines, fees, and payment schedules for any project will be detailed in a separate written agreement or proposal ("Project Agreement") mutually agreed upon by the Agency and the Client.
Quotes provided via the Site or initial consultations are estimates based on the information provided and are subject to change upon detailed project scoping finalized in the Project Agreement.
All Content included on the Site, unless uploaded by Users, is the property of Ananth Design Studio, our affiliates, or other relevant third parties. By continuing to use the Site you acknowledge that such Content is protected by copyright, trademarks, database rights, and other intellectual property rights.
Upon full payment of all fees outlined in the Project Agreement, the Client will be granted ownership or appropriate licenses for the final design deliverables specified in the Project Agreement for the intended use. Ananth Design Studio retains the right to use representations of the completed work (e.g., drawings, renderings, photos) for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Preliminary designs, concepts, sketches, and draft documents remain the intellectual property of Ananth Design Studio unless otherwise specified in the Project Agreement.
Payment terms for Services will be specified in the Project Agreement. This typically involves an initial deposit, potential milestone payments, and a final payment upon completion or delivery of agreed-upon deliverables. Failure to make timely payments may result in work stoppage or delays.
The Site is provided "as is" and on an "as available" basis. We give no warranty that the Site will be free of defects and/or faults. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we provide no warranties (express or implied) of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of information, compatibility, and satisfactory quality.
Ananth Design Studio exercises professional skill and care in providing its Services. However, architectural and engineering designs often require review and sealing by licensed professionals (depending on jurisdiction and project scope) and verification by contractors for constructability and code compliance. The Client is responsible for obtaining necessary permits and ensuring compliance with all applicable building codes, regulations, and zoning laws. We are designers and are not responsible for structural engineering, site conditions, or the means and methods of construction unless explicitly stated in the Project Agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ananth Design Studio accepts no liability for any indirect or consequential loss or damage, including loss of business, profits, data, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with the use of the Site or Services.
Our total liability to the Client in respect of all losses arising under or in connection with the Services or Project Agreement, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall in no circumstances exceed the total fees paid by the Client to Ananth Design Studio under the relevant Project Agreement.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by Indian law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ananth Design Studio, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise from your use of the Site or Services, or your violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Termination conditions related to specific projects will be governed by the Project Agreement.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. By continuing to access or use our Site or Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
